In-Home Respite Care
HomeCare LLC provides respite services designed to give parents, family members, and primary caregivers temporary relief from their caregiving responsibilities while ensuring their loved one continues to receive appropriate care and supervision.
Depending on the individual's authorized services and needs, respite support may include:

Assistance with established daily routines

Support with basic self-help and personal care needs within the authorized respite scope

Recreational and leisure activities

Social interaction and meaningful engagement

Support with meals and established mealtime routines

Community activities when authorized and appropriate
Services are individualized according to each client's needs, preferences, abilities, routines, and authorized service plan.
Person-Centered Care
We recognize that no two individuals are the same. Our respite workers are expected to respect each client's preferences, communication style, cultural background, routines, abilities, and individual choices.
Our goal is not simply to provide care, but to help each individual feel safe, respected, valued, and supported.
Who and Where We Serve
HomeCare LLC provides respite services for children and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities, including autism, who are authorized to receive respite services. We work collaboratively with individuals, families, caregivers, and Regional Center Service Coordinators to provide services that are responsive to each person's individual needs.
Serving the SG/PRC Community
HomeCare LLC proudly provides respite services to individuals and families served by the San Gabriel/Pomona Regional Center (SG/PRC).
We serve communities throughout the San Gabriel and Pomona Valleys and surrounding communities within the SG/PRC catchment area, subject to staff availability and the individual's authorized services.
Our service areas include communities such as:
Pomona • Claremont • La Verne • San Dimas • Glendora • Covina • West Covina • Azusa • Baldwin Park • El Monte • South El Monte • La Puente • Walnut • Diamond Bar • Monrovia • Arcadia • Duarte • Pasadena and surrounding SG/PRC communities.
